Kensington Blinds was selected to install customized blinds at Bath Spa University's Commons Building and purpose-built student accommodation, focusing on enhancing light control, privacy, and comfort. In the Commons Building, vertical blinds were installed on main windows to allow flexible light control, while rooflight blinds minimized overhead glare and helped regulate room temperatures, creating a comfortable study and work environment.

For the Student Accommodation, blackout blinds were chosen to provide total darkness, fostering restful sleep and privacy for students. The high-quality blackout material effectively blocks external light, ensuring uninterrupted sleep and enhancing overall comfort. This installation has supported Bath Spa University's commitment to sustainability, as the blinds contribute to energy efficiency by reducing the need for cooling and heating adjustments.

The result has been improved usability in common areas and greater comfort in student rooms, exemplifying Kensington Blinds’ dedication to creating customized, functional, and aesthetically aligned solutions for educational environments.
